Hematriculated to Amridge University where he earned the Master of Science degree in Human Services while also completing the course requirements for the Master of Artsdegree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Tim is known for his progressive style in developing a healthy multigenerational church. In only 4 short years he made significant changes that put a historic congregation into a trajectory for years of growth. He preached therapeutic sermons that healed many broken hearts, oversaw a renovation project on a church campus needing significant remodeling, established a church and community leadership institute responsible for graduating over 200 participants, baptized over 100 souls, restored the church’s image in the community, and trained and ordained the very first elders in the church’s 46 year history.

His work in Indianapolis and Montgomery on the subject of racial reconciliation has perhaps been the most dynamic work in his career. He has served several panel discussions in his community on race while also conducting workshops on the reconciliatory work needed for positive community impact to be realized.
He has traveled extensively throughout the United States as well as internationally to Italy, the Bahamas, and Guatemala preaching and conducting workshops on family, leadership, and church growth.
The three heartbeats in his life are his daughters Londyn, Sarai, and Braelynn. Whether whisking them away on their annual one-on-one travels around the world to hanging out at home, their bond is inseparable. They are his greatest achievement in life!
